MyFashionBreak operates a fashion discovery platform at myfashionbreak.com. Questions can be directed to privacy@myfashionbreak.com.
2. Data and storage we use
- Email address and preference status when you explicitly subscribe to the newsletter or unsubscribe.
- An essential, server-issued, HttpOnly session cookie used for saved-look ownership and request protection.
- Cross-Site Request Forgery tokens and security metadata needed to protect forms and state-changing requests.
- Saved looks, boards, quiz results, and style preferences connected to your anonymous session or account.
- Contact form details that you submit directly, such as name, email address, message, and locale.
- Analytics events only after analytics consent is granted. These events use minimized paths and privacy-preserving hashes.
3. Consent choices
Essential security storage is always enabled because it protects sessions, saved looks, and forms. If you accept all, we may also use functional storage for personalization and analytics to improve content. If you decline non-essential storage, analytics is not sent and non-essential local caches are cleared or avoided.
4. Why we process data
We use data to operate the site, protect user sessions, remember saved looks and boards, send emails you requested, respond to contact messages, prevent abuse, and understand aggregated usage trends when analytics consent is granted.
5. Retention
Security and rate-limit events are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention. Anonymous session and analytics records are designed for limited retention. Newsletter records remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Admin audit records may be retained longer for security and compliance review.
6. Your rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and request deletion or export of your personal data by contacting privacy@myfashionbreak.com. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
